PRIVACY POLICY FOR SANDWORM ATTACK

This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Sandworm attack (“Application”) for mobile and non-mobile devices that was created by Rzaunek usluge d.o.o. of Croatia. Sandworm attack is a single-player arcade game with multiple game modes, achievements and purchasable in-game content.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

Policy summary

The Application does not ask for user to input any data. However, we use third-party services which collect some data automatically. These services are:

1. Unity Analytics & IAP service – in order to provide users with the ability to purchase in-game content, we use these services which also tracks user activity in the application, but in a way that does not identify you or your device specifically. User Provided Information

You are not required to provide or asked to provide any personal information when you use our Application.

Automatically Collected Information

The Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of device you use, your devices unique device ID, the IP address of your device, country of install (mapped from IP address), device manufacturer and platform type (iOS, Android, Mac, Windows, etc.), your operating system, language, unique advertising identifiers provided for iOS and Android devices, and information about the way you use the Application.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

Yes. Third parties have access to collected data only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement. We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

Automatic Data Collection and Advertising

We may work with analytics companies to help us understand how the Application is being used, such as the frequency and duration of usage. We work with advertisers and third party advertising networks, who need to know how you interact with advertising provided in the Application which helps us keep the Application free in its basic model. Analytics companies, advertisers and advertising networks use some of the information collected by the Application, including, but not limited to, the type of device you use, your devices unique device ID, the IP address of your device, country of install (mapped from IP address), device manufacturer and platform type (iOS, Android, Mac, Windows, etc.), your operating system, language, unique advertising identifiers provided for iOS and Android devices, and information about the way you use the Application. To protect the anonymity of this information, we use an encryption technology to help ensure that these third parties can’t identify you personally.

These third parties may also obtain anonymous information about other applications you’ve downloaded to your mobile device, the mobile websites you visit, your non-precise location information (e.g., your zip code), and other non-precise location information in order to help analyze and serve anonymous targeted advertising on the Application and elsewhere.

What are my opt-out rights?

Opt-out of all information collection by uninstalling the Application: You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Opt-out of advertising third-party data collection by purchasing the ad-removal in-game product (on platforms where the option is available): Since the free version of the Application is supported by ads, by purchasing the ad-removal option (in the in-game “Shop” menu), you terminate any data-collection and processing done by third-parties relating to targeted advertising. Some data will still be gathered and processed for analytics, but to a lesser extent, as explained in other parts of this Policy.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

Since the data gathered is collected and kept by third-parties, Rzaunek usluge d.o.o. does not retain any data collected directly. These third-parties usually retain data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter, and some may offer their own ways to change or delete automatically collected data (if you like to find out more, visit the links to external service privacy policies listed at the beginning of this policy).

Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here. By using the Application, you are consenting to processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing,” means using information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the United States (as the country of third-party services which use the collected data as outlined in this Policy). If you reside outside the United States, your information will be transferred, processed and stored there under United States privacy standards.

Legal jurisdiction

Rzaunek usluge d.o.o. is a legal entity formed in the country of Croatia, and legal bodies in that country are the only ones with the jurisdiction over any legal disputes.
